We offer fine art and framing at outlet prices. Our company mission is to bring beauty to homes and businesses in Utah through fine art and framing. Furthermore, we seek to become the preferred art gallery and custom frame shop throughout Salt Lake City, Utah by providing the highest-quality service and the best value in art and framing. At Art Gallery Outlet & Picture Frames, we strive to make beautiful art and framing affordable to all. For years, fine art has only been available to the wealthy. Through our hand-painted oils, painted by studio artists, we make beautiful framed art affordable for you. Our ready-made frames and poly-resin frames provide exceptional picture framing value.

Our art gallery and picture framing is currently in Holladay. Though we currently only have one location in Salt Lake County, Utah, we can serve you whether in or out of Utah. You may purchase online, and we can ship picture frames and art to your location.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday 10 am to 6 pm, Saturday 11 am to 5 pm. Art Gallery Outlet & Picture Frames is also available by appointment if you are unable to visit during our normal business hours.

About Our Art

Art Gallery Outlet offers local art and other, non-local art. Our local art includes original oils, limited edition prints and open edition prints. Our non-local art includes fine art prints and oil paintings by talented studio artists. Our specialty is our fine studio artist oil paintings that are priced for the average wage earner. These oil paintings have the look and feel of expensive art but have the price of inexpensive art. These oil paintings can be framed or hung as tapestries. For a contemporary look, we can gallery wrap a canvas (the sides of the painting become its own frame). About Our Picture Frames

We provide custom framing and ready-made picture frames. From elegant and ornate to small and simple, our custom frame selection will surely provide the frame for you. Our custom frames range from inexpensive poly-resin frames to high-end wood frames. Come see our poly-resin frames--you won't know the difference between the wood and resin frames until you look at the price. Custom framing orders are normally ready in only 2-4 business days. Compare our prices to other frame shops in Salt Lake City and Bountiful—the difference will surprise you.
